Every year we carefully choose the varieties that best represent the farming year, to create the batch for blog, our best wine. It is our wine with the purest expression of the terroir, coming from our best parcels of land, from vines with a ridiculously low yield. This edition resulted from the grape varieties that better expressed themselves in 2008 - Alicante Bouschet and Syrah - left to rest for two years in wood and bottle.
