Bd white

Unlike what the name might suggest, our Sweet White is not a late-harvest variety... rather, this is an harvest, when the grapes are ripe while retaining a certain acidity, thereby enlivening this SW wine in the mouth. And it is precisely because the grapes were harvested early that we are able to present this smooth, sweet white wine, thanks to an intentional stoppage in the

fermentation process which helps retain the grapes' natural sugar, with a remarkable freshness and vigour, as well as a low alcohol content. It is just perfect for enjoying with meals or with appetizers, during the warmer or cooler days of the year, at the poolside or by the fireplace, always lightly chilled
